Return & Refund Policy
- To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com.
- New, unopened items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Simply contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding your return.
- For any product valued over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges.
- Due to the custom-made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
- When ordering print-to-order products please be sure to check the size chart and color carefully before placing your order. These items are made when your order is placed so we are unable to accept returns for them.
- Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
- The refund is processed within 24-48 hours upon receiving of Product. The same refund may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
